Returns & Exchanges Policy
At 4 Minutes Past Midnight, your satisfaction matters. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the details below before returning any item.
1. Returns — Am I Eligible?
UK Orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
International Orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (subject to local regulations).
Non-Returnable Items: Some products are final sale. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from scent or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
2. Exchanges — Can I Swap My Item?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted for all returnable items.
If you're exchanging due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping to us. We’ll ship your replacement item for free.
If you prefer store credit, we offer a free return label (UK customers only).
3. How To Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at contact@4minutespastmidnight.com with your order number in the subject line.
We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
Once approved, send your item back within 14 days. Returns received after this period will be rejected.
Include a completed Return/Exchange Form inside your package. If needed, we can send you a new copy.
Use any courier that works for you. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. Lost returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: All returns must be received within 30 days of approval. Late returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds — How It Works
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
It may take 1–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If a return arrives damaged and you did not notify us in advance, we reserve the right to reject it and return the item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at contact@4minutespastmidnight.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not return the item before contacting us, as we have a specific process in place to help resolve these issues.
6. International Orders
Import taxes and customs fees are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for these charges.
If you refuse to pay import fees and the item is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the item is received.
International customers must cover their own return shipping.
For international exchanges, a new shipping fee must be paid before we send the replacement item.
Note: UK law does not require us to accept international returns, but we offer this service as a goodwill gesture.
7. Pre-Orders
If a pre-order is delayed past its original release date, you may:
Cancel the order for a full refund
Request a replacement item
Choose store credit
